1. General Information
The information and materials on the website of Aishan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Aishan", "we", "our", or "us") are provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on this website.
Any reliance you place on the information on this website is strictly at your own risk. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on this website without seeking appropriate professional advice.
2. Professional Advice Disclaimer
The content on this website — including descriptions of services, blog articles, technical resources, and case studies — does not constitute professional cyber security, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.
Cyber security advice is context-specific. What works for one environment, one threat model, or one regulatory regime may be inappropriate, ineffective, or harmful in another. Professional advice can only be provided after:
- An authorised and properly scoped engagement
- A signed statement of work or master service agreement
- A clear understanding of your specific environment, threats, and regulatory obligations
- Explicit written authorisation for any testing, scanning, or intervention
Before making any decisions about your security posture, you should engage appropriately qualified professionals through a formal engagement.
3. No Guarantee of Security
No cyber security service, product, tool, or engagement can guarantee complete protection against all threats.
Cyber threats are constantly evolving. New vulnerabilities emerge daily. Attackers innovate continuously. Even the most rigorous, well-funded, and expertly executed security program cannot eliminate every possible risk.
The services offered by Aishan — including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Security Operations Centre (SOC) services, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consulting, and infrastructure security solutions — are designed to reduce risk, improve posture, and enhance detection and response capabilities. They are not, and cannot be, a guarantee that no security incident will ever occur.
Any statement on this website suggesting a security outcome — such as "protected", "secure", or "compliant" — must be understood in this limited context. Final responsibility for risk acceptance and security decisions rests with the client organisation.
4. Scope & Limitations of Our Services
All services delivered by Aishan are governed by a signed statement of work or master service agreement that defines:
- The specific systems, applications, networks, and assets in scope
- The testing methodology, timing, and constraints
- The deliverables, reporting format, and timelines
- The rules of engagement, including prohibited activities
- The limitations of testing, including any areas explicitly excluded
Findings from any engagement reflect the state of the environment at the time of testing only. Security posture can change within hours. A clean report from one engagement is not a guarantee of future security.
Unless explicitly included in a signed agreement, our services do not include:
- Remediation of identified vulnerabilities (we advise; the client implements)
- Legal advice on regulatory compliance
- Insurance or underwriting assessments
- Continuous coverage outside the agreed engagement window
5. Client Responsibilities
Effective cyber security requires active partnership between Aishan and the client organisation. The client remains responsible for:
- Authorising all testing, scanning, and intervention activities in writing
- Ensuring that engagement activities comply with the client's own legal and regulatory obligations
- Implementing remediation for findings identified during our engagements
- Maintaining appropriate security controls, patching, and configuration management
- Making risk-acceptance decisions at the organisational level
- Maintaining appropriate cyber-insurance coverage
Aishan's services are advisory and operational in nature. Final decisions about risk acceptance, remediation priorities, and compliance posture rest with the client's management.
